Exchanges & Store Credit

At 15Kthebrand, we want you to love your handcrafted piece. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit for sizing issues. 

If you received the wrong size, please contact us at fifteenksales@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are handled in-store or on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. No returns are accepted.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. Custom, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • For Him / For Her collections

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Any opened, worn, or used items

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
